Ruby, that was her name; a name not common today. It was a descriptor more than a name. Ruby's spirit first appeared in 1983 at a bar in the Fairmont Hotel on Nob Hill in San Francisco. Ruby loved a party and on December 9th, her birthday, she visits the city by the bay.
